The Sun Fire X4170 M2 server is powered by an Intel Xeon 5600 Series processor and delivers unmatched performance while balancing compute, memory, and I/O capabilities via two flash options, making it the most versatile building block for a variety of IT applications. It is well-suited for running middleware programs such as WebLogic, system administration tools such as Oracle Enterprise Manager and Oracle Identity Manager, and software development tools such as Oracle Solaris Studio.
