Oracle X8-2-HA Information

The Oracle Database Appliance X8-2-HA hardware consists of two Oracle Linux servers and one storage shelf in an 8U rack-mountable configuration. Each server has two 16-core Intel® Xeon® Gold 5218 processors, 384 GB of memory, and a dual-port 25-Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) SFP28 or quad-port 10GBase-T PCIe network adapter for external networking connectivity, with the option to add up to two more dual-port 25GbE SFP28 or quad-port 10GBase-T PCIe network adapters. For cluster communication, the two servers are joined through a 25GbE interconnect, and they share direct-attached high-performance SAS storage. Six 7.68 TB solid-state disks (SSDs) for data storage are partially loaded on the storage shelf in the base system, totaling 46 TB of raw storage capacity.
