The Juniper Networks MX10008 Universal Routing Platform sets a new standard for performance within a 13 U form factor, delivering unprecedented capabilities. With support for 19.2 Tbps per chassis or an impressive 57.6 Tbps per standard 19-inch telco rack, the MX10008 accommodates up to 192 100GbE interfaces, 192 40GbE ports, or 768 10GbE ports in a single chassis.

As part of the MX10000 line, which also includes the MX10016 with a 21 U form factor and 38.4 Tbps capacity, these Universal Routing Platforms offer dense 10GbE, 40GbE, and 100GbE modular solutions, supporting up to 2.4 Tbps per slot. This versatility empowers service providers and cloud operators to confidently build robust networks across data centers, business edges, and cloud markets.

Sharing common chassis components with Juniper Networks PTX Series Packet Transport Routers and QFX Series Switches, the MX10000 line can be deployed as a core router, IP edge router, or switch, streamlining the qualification process for network operators.
