The Juniper Networks BT11 Access Point is an enterprise-grade solution designed exclusively for Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) applications. Featuring Juniper's innovative virtual BLE (vBLE) antenna array, Mist AI engine, and Mist cloud subscription services, the BT11 facilitates high-value location-based services such as user engagement, asset location, analytics, and various contact tracing and social distancing use cases. This technology eliminates the need for battery-powered BLE beacons and manual calibration, making indoor location services cost-effective and scalable.

This access point collaborates with the Juniper Mist Cloud to provide accurate, enterprise-grade Bluetooth® LE location services using virtual beacons. With machine learning continuously collecting real-time data from all mobile devices, Juniper Mist ensures precise location estimates without the necessity for Bluetooth® LE site surveys. The dynamic 16-element vBLE antenna array, combined with machine learning in the Juniper Mist Cloud, guarantees location accuracy of 1–3 meters for both mobile devices and Bluetooth® LE assets.

Juniper Mist Wi-Fi Assurance, User Engagement, and Asset Visibility services include a base analytics capability, simplifying the extraction of network insights for aligning support resources or introducing premium services across the enterprise. Juniper further supports seamless integration with complementary products through a mobile SDK for iOS and Android, featuring three types of APIs for vBLE beacon, indoor location, and zone analytics.
