The Juniper Networks AP24 Access Point is a cutting-edge wireless access solution that seamlessly integrates support for 802.11ax, Mist AI™, and an omnidirectional Bluetooth LE (BLE) antenna, operating in the 6-GHz band. This Wi-Fi 6E-enabled access point is designed to enhance both operator and user experiences by automating network operations and providing secure client-to-cloud automation, insights, and data-driven actions.

The AP24 is a tri-band-capable, dual-band-concurrent device with support for two transmit/receive spatial streams. Managed by the Juniper Mist cloud architecture, it offers real-time network data and asset visibility services without the need for battery-powered beacons or manual calibration. The access point employs radio resource management (RRM) for dynamic channel and power assignments, adapting to interference detected by its dedicated sensor radio and converting dual-band-capable radios between 2.4- and 6-GHz operation.

Leveraging Mist AI's Proactive Analytics and Correlation Engine (PACE) powered by machine learning, the AP24 continuously monitors service-level expectations and analyzes user experiences, correlating network issues and identifying root causes. With features like 802.11ax target wake time (TWT) capability, Bluetooth 5.3, and native support for IoT electronic shelf label (ESL) tags, the AP24 ensures extended battery life for IoT devices and provides comprehensive network visibility and security. It seamlessly connects to the Juniper Mist cloud, downloads configurations, and joins the appropriate network for efficient and reliable wireless networking.
