Dell EMC VNX5700 Disk Array Information:

The VNX5700 is a high-end midrange router that may be configured as a block or file architecture. The NS-480 and CX4-480 are the VNX 5700's predecessors. The SPE form factor is used by the 5700, which can be attached to either a 15 drive, 3.5" DAE 3U form factor or a 25 drive, 2.5" DAE 2 U form factor. All connectivity on the SPE is done through Ultra-Flex I/O slots. Each SP in the 5700 SPE has a 2.4 GHz Xeon 5600 4-core processor and 18GB of RAM, for a total of 36GB RAM between the two SPs, and can hold up to 500 SSDs, or 1485TB raw. The blades are equipped with a 2.4 GHz 4-core Xeon 5600 processor, 12GB RAM, and a maximum capacity of 256TB per blade. Unisphere is the management system in use. The 5700 supports Raid Levels 0, 1, 10, 3, 5 and 6. The maximum number of pools is 40, with a maximum number of 4,096 LUNS, 16TB LUN size.
