In a space-saving compact 4U form factor, the Dell PowerVault MD3060e storage enclosure enhances the storage capacity of PowerEdge servers. Scale up to 240 drives for more than 2PB of data in less than half the space of a typical rack. The Dell PowerVault MD3060e storage enclosure improves application performance and storage capacity for Dell PowerEdge R630, R730, and R730xd servers while occupying a little amount of space in the IT infrastructure. Each 4u enclosure can hold up to 60 large form factor (LFF) or small form factor (SFF) drives, totaling 600TB of internal storage.
