The StorEdge A5100 FC-AL array is a mission-critical RAID system with high RAS characteristics, including hot-plug power supplies, fans, interface boards, and disk drives. Its on-board CPU and VERITAS Volume Manager provide improved RAID 0, 1, 0+1, and 5 performance. FC-AL provides superior communication from the host to the drives, with speeds of up to 100 MB/sec.
