In a typical 1U standard chassis configuration, NVIDIA SB7800 switches offer 36 ports with 100 gigabits per second (Gb/s) InfiniBand performance per port. With an aggregated bidirectional throughput of 7.2 terabits per second (Tb/s) and extremely low port latency carried by a single switch, application performance and scalability are increased while operational expenses and the complexity of the IT infrastructure are decreased.
