The Cisco Meraki MR84 is a 4x4 MU-MIMO 802.11ac Wave 2 access point with four radios that is cloud-managed. The MR84 combines performance, enterprise-grade security, and straightforward cloud-based management. It is designed for high-performance next-generation installations in high-density situations with challenging RF. Flexible installation in difficult outdoor or indoor environments is made possible by a distinctive industrial design.

The MR84 offers simultaneous 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz radios with a maximum aggregate frame rate of 2.5 Gbps. Real-time WIDS/WIPS with automated RF optimization are provided by a dedicated third radio, while Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) scanning and beaconing are provided by a fourth integrated radio.
