The high-performance Spectrum-3 ASIC, which has a 12.8Tbps bidirectional switching capacity, is the foundation of the SN4000 series platforms. The SN4000 platforms come in a variety of configurations, each offering great performance along with feature-rich layer 2 and layer 3 forwarding, making them perfect for both fixed configuration spines and top-of-rack leaves. In addition to enhanced capabilities, the SN4000 series offers full wire speed, reduced through-mode latency, on-chip fully-shared 64MB packet buffering and flexible port utilization.

The NVIDIA MSN4600-CS2F Open Ethernet Switch is a 64-port 100GbE network switch system that is perfect for spine/super-spine applications. With a 12.8Tb/s throughput and a record-breaking 8.4Bpps processing speed in a 2U form size, the SN4600C provides a variety of connectivity options using combinations of 10/25/40/50/100 GbE. Large virtualized data centers and cloud environments pose tough requirements that the MSN4600-CS2F is ideally suited to meet.
