The Brocade 300 SAN Switch is an entry-level SAN switch with an economical, flexible foundation, as well as an edge switch for core-to-edge SAN settings. Supports the most demanding server and virtual server deployments with up to 24 ports of 8 Gbps performance in an energy-efficient, optimized 1U form factor. The Brocade 300 8 Gbps Fibre Channel switch is a simple, cost-effective single-switch solution for both new and existing SANs. The Brocade 300 has the EZSwitchSetup process, as well as various usability and configuration advancements, as well as the optional Brocade Access Gateway mode of operation, to make deployment easier. Furthermore, it offers cutting-edge speed and scalability with Ports On Demand to allow SAN expansion and provide long-term investment protection.
