With the Aruba S3500 Mobility Access Switch, wired networks may now benefit from role-based user access, security, and operational simplicity. No matter the user's location, access mode, device, or applications, the S3500 provides secure, virtualized access services. It is an essential component of Aruba Mobility-Defined NetworksTM. An extra uplink module with four Gigabit Ethernet/10 Gigabit Ethernet uplink ports is supported by each model. Based on the IEEE 802.3af PoE and 802.3at PoE+ standards, Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) is available with up to 30 watts per port.
