The Juniper Networks EX9253 Ethernet Switch is a two-slot modular 3 U chassis offering versatile connectivity options through compatible line cards. It supports line cards such as the EX9253-6Q12C, featuring 12 ports of QSFP28 40GbE/100GbE and 6 ports of QSFP+ 40GbE, and the EX9253-6Q12C-M, which includes MACsec support in addition to the connectivity options of the EX9253-6Q12C.

These switches serve as the cornerstone for the Junos Fusion Enterprise architecture, offering a standards-based approach to creating a highly scalable switch fabric for the enterprise campus.
