Equipped with up to two 4th or 5th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors offering up to 64 cores, this server delivers exceptional computational power and efficiency for AI and ML operations.
With four NVIDIA H100 Tensor Core 700W SXM5 GPUs interconnected via NVIDIA NVLink technology, the XE8640 achieves extreme performance and up to 900GB/s GPU-GPU bandwidth—1.5x greater than the previous generation. Features like NVIDIA Multi-Instance GPU (MIG) capability enable multi-tenant environments, while support for NVIDIA GPUDirect® Storage (GDS) ensures direct memory access between GPU and storage, optimizing bandwidth and reducing latency.
The XE8640 leverages cutting-edge technologies such as DDR5, PCIe Gen 5.0, and NVMe SSDs for accelerated I/O throughput and offers up to four PCIe Gen 5 slots and eight drives for flexible expansion.
